Simple healing tool of The Sedona Method with Hale Dwoskin

We tend to resist what we label as bad feeling and hang onto a good feeling rather than allowing our feelings to be and flow through us. The attachment to what we tend to resist keeps us stuck to it because we may believe that how we feel and what we are dealing with is a part of us. With the Sedona Method, we learn that letting be and letting go is a choice. Making this choice freely, allows our mind and body to let go of what is causing us suffering. It is much easier than you think.

In the video below Hale Dwoskin teaches us how the following questions work and how you can let go of any negativity that is causing you suffering in a matter of minutes.

The basic releasing questions:

What is your NOW feeling? “Focus on an issue that you would like to feel better about, and then allow your to feel whatever you are feeling in this moment.”

Could you welcome/allow it? “Just welcome the feeling and let it be as best you can.”

Could you let it go? (Yes or now are both acceptable answers.)

Would you let it go? (Are you willing to let it go?). If the answer is ‘no’ or if you are not sure, ask yourself: Would I rather have this feeling, or would I rather be free?” (Even if the answer is still ‘no’ go on the the next question.)

When? This is just an invitation to let it go now. Remember that letting go is a decision you can make anytime you choose.)

Repeat the preceding steps as often as needed until you feel free of that particular feeling.
