Mission Statement

To speak, educate and motivate people suffering through deep heartbreak to creatively heal their grief, mind, body and spirit so they can find freedom, love, peace and joy again!

Zoya Bokhoor-Mills is a certified From Heartbreak to Happiness® Coach, Author, Certified Usui/Holy Fire III Master Reiki Practitioner.

After the loss of her first husband, Roy her only son, died before his 25th birthday. Her healing began after she received messages from her son through her 10 year old nephew. She knew at the time that she wanted to tell people that there is life after death. These messages helped her make a choice to start her healing process.

Zoya found her passion for coaching, teaching and her healing abilities after going through a process that helped her release her own grief. In 2011 at the time her story was published in the #1 best seller “Get Your Woman On” she was told by a friend that she may want to consider Grief Coaching as a career. Since the moment she heard this suggestion, she knew this was her destiny and the best way to help others heal their sorrow. It formed her path of learning about different methods of healing through new discoveries, studies, practicing spirituality and Shamanism.

Zoya is such a calm, loving, and generous space that I feel peace just by being in her presence. I become more aware and in charge of my own decisions after a session with her. I think everyone could benefit from sessions with her.

"It does no honor to our loved ones to live in misery. We are here to love each other and feel joy."

"The way you live your life affects everyone around you. We’re all connected. Today is another day: Honor your loved one by bringing your whole self to the world, free to love, give and receive."

- Zoya Bokhoor-Mills, from the book “Get Your Woman On”

Miracles have continued to happen in my life as I take steps forward: I have traveled to places I have always wanted to see and I married an amazing man, Bob, who is my soul mate. I live every day connecting more to my son and I get to contribute to others. Life is a gift--why would you waste it living in grief and fear?
