Number of Sessions and how they are designed:
9-60 minutes personalized coaching sessions over the phone from the comfort of your home.
Weekly accountability calls are placed by the coach. They are designed to provide additional support in your progress.
Guided meditations are recorded using what you create during our coaching calls. They are emailed to you after each session. Listening to these meditations will help you get grounded into the positive thought process that you created.

A LIFE CHANGING 6 MONTH JOURNEY TO PEACE!
Life’s journeys are never predictable. The ups and downs of it may be hard to deal with, specially when we lose people who are most important and closest to us. When we lose a child, a partner in life or parents, the depth of emotions of pain and sorrow may be too deep and difficult to live through. It is during these times that we need the right people by us to help us climb out of the well of despair.
My name is Zoya Bokhoor-Mills, I am a Certified “From Heartbreak to Happiness®” Coach. The only reason for me to be on this page talking to you about healing grief are my own losses, how they shaped me into who I am now. After my only son, Roy, passed away before his 25th birthday, I had to find ways to survive and prosper in my life just because that’s what he wanted for me. The process of healing took years, the journey was exciting and the toughest parts of my life. Years later, I have the best life possible, dreams have come true, I am married to my Soulmate and can facilitate healing with coaching and Reiki sessions.
Why I am telling you all of this is because time does not heal the wounds caused by grief. To heal from a loss we need to be in action and be supported with the right program and the right people for us.
This program has been designed to fit each individual client’s personality and needs. By signing up for a 6 month journey to peace, you are taking a stand for your healing and getting in the driver’s seat of your life. Number of Sessions and how they are designed:
2-90 minutes Mapping Session. We will review and create a program that meets your specific needs during the first Mapping Session. What this means is that we decide how many coaching calls and how many Reiki Sessions would work best with your needs and your personality. The second Mapping Session usually takes place in the middle of our program to check in and see how the program is working for you and if we need to make changes.
18-60 minutes personalized coaching sessions over the phone from the comfort of your home.

The Joyful Emerging Soul workbook Journal. This is a great tool for you to keep track of your affirmations, gratitude lists, your progress and homework
