3 Tips to keep your energy levels high, while caring for others!

It’s been over a decade since I’ve started supporting my clients through coaching and energy healing of Reiki.

My work allows me to contribute at such a level that feels second nature to me, so, it has been amazingly fulfilling.

That’s why when I started feeling tired and low energy lasting a few days at a time, I was concerned. As always, I went inward for answers.

What showed up clearly in my intuition, was a big surprise. The missing piece was lack of enough rest and what I needed to recharge my energy level. How could this be? I love being of service and doing the work I adore. Shouldn’t that enough? Well apparently it wasn’t.

Since this realization, I’ve been mindful about my needs and have been taking a better care of myself.

Adding more of what helped raise my vibration to my life like, more exercise, spending more time outdoors and being kinder to myself to name a few, has made a tremendous amount of difference in my energy level. Feeling more energized, gifted me with more excitement and love for my work. And because of that, I’ve been showing up in more ways to be of service for my clients, supporting them at deeper levels.

So, if you are a caretaker, a holistic practitioner or at a job that requires you to constantly give of your energy, I would like to invite you to create a balance to support you raise your energy while caring for others. How? Well, it's all about self-care and self-love, my friends!

We want to remember that we can share more of ourselves when our cup is overflowing rather than when it is empty. This means bringing our vibration to its highest level.

First things first, make sure to prioritize your own well-being. Take breaks, indulge in activities that bring you joy, and don't forget to rest up. Trust me, you'll be much more effective at what you do when you're feeling energized and refreshed.

Next, set boundaries. Learn to say no when you're feeling overwhelmed or when you simply need some time for yourself. Remember, it's okay to put yourself first sometimes. You deserve it!

And hey, don't forget to seek support from your own tribe. Surround yourself with like-minded individuals who lift you up and understand the importance of self-care.
